Every cake is custom-designed and handmade from scratch using the finest fresh ingredients, specialty flavors, and preservative-free fillings.

Chef Alexis handles all cake consultations personally, and will work with you to turn your ideas into a wonderful work of art.  We use all-natural ingredients like local farm-fresh eggs, sweet butter, pure Madagascar vanilla, fine European chocolate and fresh fruits.  Why consider a wedding cake with icing made with preservatives and vegetable shortening like many other bakeries' "buttercream"?  Treat yourself and your guests to a moist, delicious cake in a luscious custom flavor, frosted with our signature Swiss meringue buttercream and/or fresh, delicate fondant that actually tastes as delicious as it looks!
