She grew up in Muncie, Indiana, attending Cowan HS and Ball State University. She met David Kiernan while at Ball State and relocated to Indianapolis in 1978. She graduated from Indianapolis University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, (IUPUI ) in 1980. Stacey and David have made their home on almost every side of the city in the past 29 years, raising two children while they were at it! This has been useful in selling real estate because familiarity with various areas is helpful to clients in evaluating their real estate decisions.
