Jim seems a little overbearing at first, but he gets the job done, and he does it well. I did not have to worry about anything because he was in complete control and everything ran so smoothly. The food was AMAZING! Not your average wedding food by any means. We actually rented out the Blue Lantern which Jim has leased. It was a perfect day and with little stress thanks to Jim!

Ambrosias is a very beautiful place and they work with you to give you the fairy tale you want. Make sure to book as far as ahead as you can due to their schedule filling up quick. They offer many options. Have on sight catering and tasting.
