Bernardo's for the Bride

Wow, Jackie & Dianne really know how to take care of customers! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. The selection that they have is unbelievable! They were so kind and fun to work with, for myself, my bridesmaid, and my mother and mother-in-law. If you want the best service, the best prices and the best selection in the Michiana area, you HAVE to go to Bernardo's for the Bride!

The wedding dress was beautiful. And I do think it was fairly priced. But I had to have over 3 fittings and the bustle didn't hold for the wedding day at all. The dress came in 4 months before the wedding and yet we were doing final alterations 2 days prior to my wedding. I wasn't able to try on my dress with all the proper alterations until the actual day of my wedding. Which, thank goodness, it fit like a glove but I was just a bit disappointed with the process and time crunch.

My dress price was about average when compared to other vendors. However, I did feel that I over paid for my alterations. I would suggest shopping around or finding a person who will do it out of their home. For my sister-in-laws wedding we learned our lesson and went to a family friend who was a tailor at a men's suit shop. She saved about $100-$200. Other than that they were very professional, always helpful, and made me feel important.

They were wonderful, and they were so sweet to find exactly what we needed. They matched attire with our personalities and were sweet to every member of our party down to our ringbearer.

Their seamstress was incredible...she altered the dress to fit me perfectly & added special touches to make it one of a kind.

We used Bernardo's for the Bride for all of our Bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. We felt we received great service, however the alterations were a little expensive and not done as well as I had hoped. I would recommend using another seamstress if at all possible. However, the gowns themselves were beautiful and well priced.

I ordered my girls dresses through them. They were polite and efficient throughout the process. I bought my dress from another store that ended up going out of business and they were kind enough to still allow me to use their seamstress for alterations. I will forever be grateful and they did a wonderful job.
