Sara and Black Tie Events are amazing! We had hired a wedding planner who did not work out at the very last second. Sara stepped in with about a month to go until our big day. She was kind and patient with me. I was very stressed due to the fact that we were very behind in making critical decisions. She got everything worked out. Sara went around with me to our last minute vendor appointments. This was not an easy task since we had vendors all over the city and beyond. For those vendors that we did not see together, she visited them on her own. She was always upbeat even when I thought there was no way it could all get done this quickly. As soon as we hired her the stress diminished substantially. I had my dream wedding and she and her team are to thank. She pulled off my event when I thought it would be impossible with such little time. Every detail was just as I had imagined. I am so thankful to her for helping me on one of the most important days of my life. Sara Morris and Black Tie Events does a spectacular job and I highly recommend them!

Sara Morris and Black Tie Events are amazing. We hired a wedding planner that went MIA. Sara took over as our wedding planner 30 days before the wedding. We found her thru one of our vendors. My daughters wedding was spectacular. Sara and her staff pulled out a miracle. She jumped in and saved the day. She took us from having a disaster to having a wedding that was better than we could imagine. We got calls from our guests 5 days after the wedding telling us how amazing it was and that they had a great time. We wish we had her from the start of the process. If you are looking for a wedding planner you would be crazy not to hire Sara Morris and Black Tie Events.

Above and beyond!! That is what Sara from Black Tie Events did for us ~ she went above and beyond. After talking with several wedding planners before meeting with Sara, I knew at our first meeting that Sara was who I wanted by our side planning my daughter's wedding. She offered up advice and suggestions even before she knew I was committing to her services. I think I may have scared her a bit when I told her that Ashley & I knew what we wanted as far as our vision for Ashley's wedding. Sara never tried to talk us out of what we wanted. She did everything in her power to help us obtain Ashley's dream. And did she ever succeed! I cannot begin to express our gratitude for all of Sara's emails, phone calls, counseling sessions when I had major meltdowns, her organizational skills and for keeping all of us, family and vendors, on track. I couldn't imagine having to have done all of the planning and organizing on our own. Not only were Sara and her partner, Lisa, our wedding planners, they became very dear friends. With them taking the time to get to know us, it made "creating the wedding beyond" Ashley's dreams that much easier. Her wedding day was a flawless, breathtaking, amazing, spectacular event that still has all of our family and friends talking 4 days later! Black Tie Events also works with some amazing vendors. I cannot thank them enough for directing us to Executive Creations for all of our stationery needs and to The Painted Daisy for all of our florals. Wonderful, wonderful people!! Sara and Lisa are amazing! They say they are here to make your dream wedding come true and they mean it. Always going above and beyond, they are 100% here for you. My husband and I are from Indiana but were living in Missouri the year before our wedding. We new we wanted our wedding in Indy but weren't sure how we could plan it all living an 8 hour drive away. However, Sara made it happen! I tell everyone, our wedding would not have happened without them. During the process I had a major problem with the store I bought my dress from and did not trust them to do the alterations. Even though it was not in her job description Sara went on the hunt for someone who could alter my dress. Since my visits to Indy were short and limited Sara planned power-packed days where we met with vendor after vendor where her and Lisa where there for them all. Sara's knowledge and experience with local vendors was also very helpful since I did not have the opportunity to meet with anyone before hiring them. If you are planning a wedding making Black Tie Events a part of you special day is a must!
