Darcie Kornmeyer and the Circle City Planners team were incredible! She helped me through every step and detail of planning my wedding and was full of amazing ideas! She was always available to ease my stress and I am owe so much of my amazing wedding day to her!

Circle City Planners did a fabulous job helping me plan my wedding from the beginning. I also hired them to coordinate the day of the wedding. It was the best money spent for the wedding. The couldn't have went any smoother. It was great not to have to worry about anything and get to enjoy the day. I would definitely use them again for any other future events that I needed help with. Thank you girls for everything!!!! Everything was beautiful.

This was the most stress free time I have had!! We were nervous with all that we had heard can involve a wedding but by using CCP we had NOTHING to worry with. Sad we won't get married again to use you!

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Tonya at Circle City Planners for my recent wedding on July 10th. To say that Tonya is amazing is an understatement! My fiance and I both had a very specific vision for our special day and Tonya was able to make that vision a reality. We lived out of state and throughout the entire planning process Tonya was there for us, and it's incredible to think she created our amazing day doing most of it long distance (we were in Atlanta, GA). When we walked into our reception venue (The Skyline Club) we were both speechless, she totally transformed the room into a beautiful space beyond both of our expectations. Our wedding day was perfect and I attribute that to Tonya and the vendor team she assembled for us! I was thrilled to not only have such an amazing wedding planner but to also make a lifelong friend. Tonya planned my June 26th wedding and I can't say enough good things about her! Circle City planners had 6 weddings the same weekend and I never felt that Tonya had her attention anywhere elsebut mine. Through my whole process I was so confident in her work and I knew my wedding would be beautiful. The day of, I had absoutely no stress because I knew it was in her hands-and she did a knockout job!! I emailed Tonya a lot and she never once made me feel like I was bothering her. I felt like she was another one of my girlfriends. Her and her staff are so professional but so fun at the same time. I loved when we got to go and meet with Tonya. Having Tonya was the best investment we made because of the stress I didn't feel....and she made a dream wedding come together!!

My husband and I got married on June 25, 2010 with a wedding party of 20, and 350 guest, and we can honestly say that having Circle City Planners was the reason why our day went perfectly! The day after my wedding, my Mom and I were discussing the wedding and how amazing it was. The fist thing that my Mom said was "Thank goodness we had Randi!" My mom and I worked with Randi and Tonya throughout the wedding planning. They both took coutless calls and emails from us both! Tonya even took care of some wedding issues while on vacation, and Randi did also while at the track for the Indy 500! They always made us feel important and that we could count on them. Randi was such an important asset to making our wedding wonderful from the moment we started working with her. Randi handled finalizing everything with our vendors, helping us order invitations & programs, putting together a timeline for the day, and SO much more. I can not tell you how grateful we were to have her on our wedding day! After the wedding, when I finally got to see what Randi and CCP had done to the Union Station Grand Hall Ballroom, I can honestly admit I started to cry. It was everything I had dreamed of and more! My husband and our families were completely taking away! We were all able to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about a thing, due to the fact that Randi was there handling everything! I know a wedding planner is not technically thought of as a must have for a wedding, but it was worth every penny. If you want the wedding of your dreams, and also want to enjoy, working with CCP would be a great decision. Through the advice of a friend, we met with Tonya with CCP about 14 months prior to my wedding and agreed we needed her to be a part of the big day. Over the course of the next year+, she provided so much insight into various aspects of the planning process that my mom nor I would ever have figured out on our own. She was also more then willing to use any vendors that I knew personally regardless of whether she had ever used them or not. She was able to make everything come together in the perfect wedding day! Once we finally got to the wedding day (May 2010), I wanted nothing more then to get the ceremony over with and move on to the reception at the Crowne Plaza (BEST place in Indianapolis, hands down). Tonya has a fantastic working relationship with the girls and staff there and amazingly, aside from the weather, there was not a single glitch in the entire day--I never would have been able to say that had it not been for her! To put the way the day was handled in a nutshell, I literally did not worry about ONE thing the ENTIRE day. Of course, I didn't realize that fact until the day was over, but due to the cold weather, I had a cardigan with me most of the day and I can honestly say, right down to the cardigan, I never wondered if I'd left something behind. As if it was magic, everything was there, exactly when I wanted it, where I wanted it. As crazy as it sounds, it's true. She always saved my parents from missing the important moments. She tracked down my mother, multiple times, in the crowd of almost 300 to make sure she didn't miss any "crucial" events (first dance, cake cutting, etc). I can even go as far as to say, the next morning, I couldn't find my bouquet (I think it got set down in all the goodbyes), I sent Tonya a text to ask her if she knew where it was. Within 10 minutes, I had a text back saying...it's at the front desk of the hotel waiting for you. Amazing is an understatement for CCP. I can say with 100% certainty, you will NOT regret this. We never could have had the day we had without her!

Our wedding was wonderful and stress free thanks to the help of Randi and staff at Circle City Planners. Originally my husband and I thought we could handle it without having a planner for the day of the wedding but thankfully we opted for Randi to be there. She handled everything and all we had to do was enjoy our day. From ensuring everyone knew what was going on to having them ready on time to making sure our gifts and luggage got to our room, we did not have to lift a finger. It was the best thing we could have done! We didn't have to think about anything other than having fun. All the chores and behind the scenes organization was handled by Randi. Thanks a bunch! You were great. Also Tonya helped us to decide on a decor and helped our vision come to life, while Randi and the staff made sure to decorate the room just as we had described and envisioned. Tonya is planning my upcoming wedding which will take place this July 2010 and she has been AMAZING! She has made my dream wedding a reality and I can't wait to see the final product in July. She loves her job and that has really come through in her enthusiasm for my wedding. Her design skills and creativity are top notch, and she goes out of her way to make sure your wedding will be a day you and your guests will never forget. She has been there for whatever and whenever we have needed and has made the planning experience so wonderful and fun. My mom and I both live outside of Indiana, so we were extremely nervous on how the planning process would go with us being out of town and with Tonya running the show everything has gone wonderfully. My wedding day will for sure be stress free, with me knowing that Tonya will be in charge. She has by far been one of the best investments we have made in our planning process. I would highly recommend Tonya and Circle Citiy Planners to any bride who is looking to have that WOW factor at their wedding!

Tonya.....absolutely amazing! She handled every detail to perfection and the wedding was so well planned. She became such a good friend during this process. We started out with a different planner and it was a disaster. Our other vendors recommended Tonya and she was wonderful. We couldn't imagine planning a wedding without her!

Darcie with Circle City Planners was the best on our wedding day! Anything we wanted, she was able to do. A rose on my bouquet broke, and Darcie was there to save the day. She managed to make sure the whole day went smoothly and she was so much fun to be around. Not only did she keep me calm, but she was the greatest stress reliever for my mom! Thanks to Darcie, our day was everything I ever could have dreamed of!
