My mom got her dress here for my wedding and loved it. She looked absolutely gorgeous and her dress was a great value! Would definitely recommend!

The bridal selection was huge and the website allowed me to shop ahead of time. The ladies were very helpful when I went in to try on the dresses.

I purchased my wedding dress and the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, sashes, and flowers from David's. The only thing I would improve is the process of picking up items. When a dress, a sash, or flowers arrived at the store I would get an email stating that they were in and they needed to be picked up within 14 days. This would have been fine if all the dresses would have arrived at the same time but I had to make separate trips for each dress, each sash, and flowers to clip on the sash. Since I live 45 minutes away, this became a huge hassle.
On the plus side, the dresses all fit and looked great. The associates did a great job staying patient with us, bringing more dresses to try on, and measuring/helping to select a size. I had a beach wedding so I ordered my dress without a train and made sure any beadwork was high enough that it wouldn't have to be moved when the dress was altered. It was perfect!

My consultants name was Emily and she was wonderful! In fact when I went back to get my MOHs dress she made sure she was there to help with that too. And when I found my perfect dress she helped me make it truly mine by adding a pop of color in a unique place.
The fitting process was fanatic as well. They were so helpful and respectful. I am VERY pleased.

I was very skeptical going to David’s because EVERYONE goes there. Well I had a budget so I decided to give them a shot. I ended up walking out with my dress that day. They had excellent customer service. They were very attentive. I was extremely satisfied with David's Bridal!! Thumbs up!!

I love the dress that I got here but the service is not very professional (although better than the other David's I checked out in the DC area). The alterations were not great. But my dress was a great price!

They are wonderful and have great selection to choose from. The only thing I was alittle mad about was the fact my dress had some wrinkling. I was very happy with the bridesmaids and flower girls dresses! I love how you can have many different options and choose different accent colors!!! :)

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.... NEVER WOULD I ADVISE A FELLOW BRIDE TO GO TO DAVID'S BRIDAL. Their customer service is just terrible they act like its ok to treat brides like crap because they have others, that was completely unacceptable to me. My then fiance called their corporate offices and never got through to anyone so he ended up telling the lady who directs calls what the problem was and never recieved a phone call back from someone higher. So ladies stay away that the best advice i have for you about david's bridal.

I absolutely loved my dress but I really felt like I didn't get that much help. The girl that helped me was great the first hour I was there but then she got distracted by another girl's sale and left me to deal on my own. I also don't really like the policy that they don't keep your dress if they aren't working on it. The place my sister went never made her risk taking her dress home. If I had to do it again and still get the dress of my dreams I would not have gone to David's.

I was really lucky to have Darcy as my sales associate. She was so attentive and wonderful at her job!!!! We had tried other stores where the ladies, even though I made an appointment, didn't help or care one bit. I went in to David's Bridal to look for one particular dress, which I ended up not liking, but Darcy went and pulled me many, many more beautiful dresses that fit the look I was going for. She ended up finding me my dress and it was absolutely perfect!! She was a great help!

I was very happy with my gown. I set-up an appointment ahead of time but still felt rushed during the shopping. My consultant wasn't always listening so we had to keep telling her what we wanted and at times go off and get things ourselves. She also didn't let us know about all the promotions that were going on at the time. My dress however was beautiful, elegant and I got many comments that it was made for me.

I bought my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses came from Davids. They were more than willing to accommodate the bridal party living all across the country, which is why I chose them. I bought my dress in Indiana and had it altered in Springfield, PA, and the service I received at each store was wonderful. When I bought my dress, I had stopped in with my mother to just look and they were more than willing to help when I decided to try on without an appointment. A hook on my dress broke while trying it on during alterations and they fixed it for free. The bridesmaids' dresses were shipped well before the date stated on their invoice.
I know David's Bridal gets mixed reviews, but I had nothing but good experiences.

I worked late so getting my dress was hard. They stayed open 5 minutes extra so I could dash in to get my dress. They worked with me and had a layaway plan. We got most our dresses here. We paid for two of the dresses.

I had a really great experience with the ladies who altered my dress. They made me feel beautiful and were flexible with my wants for the dress. I did have a girl when I first came to visit that was rude and awful. But when I returned I asked for a different representative and she was wonderful to me. She made me feel like I was a princess!! every bride should feel like that. Great price for a gorgeous dress!!
