Julie was exceptional!! She helped my (then boyfriend) pick out my engagement ring and was very patient with him throughout the entire process. After getting engaged he took me back there to find wedding bands. We went to another store on a day that Distinctive Diamond wasn't open to look at options and found that my matching wedding band (same designer and exact ring) was about $1000 more expensive at the other store!! Wow! Distinctive Diamond is located in an odd location - not a retail front but in a business office building so maybe that's why they can offer great deals.
