Heavenly Sweets Cakes

We received more complements on our cake than our dinner! Everyone loved it! Tanya knew exactly what we wanted and she made it happen within our budget. We had a butter cake with a caramel filling and a chocolate cake with a raspberry filling. The homemade buttercream icing really set the cake off! It was just spectacular. The cost of delivery was slightly more expensive due to my wedding date (a Sunday) but it was definitely worth it!

Heavenly Sweets is absolutely the best tasting cake in town. My wedding cake was one of the main highlights of my entire wedding weekend. Tanya and her team listened to what I wanted for my cake and it turned out absolutely perfect! We had order enough for 20 or 30 more than our final count but every piece was eaten as some guests had seconds because it tastes like heaven in your mouth!

What can I say but beautiful and delicious!!! Tanya was awesome to work with. She let us design the cake anyway we wanted. My colors were navy and lime green. I gave them samples of the colors and they matched them perfectly. Another awesome thing they do is give you another top layer of your cake a year later for our 1 year anniversary. The wedding is so busy you barely have time to eat or do anything. It was nice because after we got back from the honeymoon we were able to enjoy our delicious cake and will have a fresh one for our one year. I would recommend them to anyone not only for weddings but for any special events!!!

We were very pleased with Heavenly sweets. The taste testing was great. It allowed us to taste many different possibilities. But the owner had very quickly recommended two combinations: 1) the almond cake with white choclate mousse filling and apricot jam and 2) the choclate cake with raspberry filling. It was delicious. We are about an hour away so we went to pick up the cake the day before. it was ready on time and tasted very fresh. We received MANY compliments regarding the cake and it is now all gone :( We also ordered the cake only 2 months before the wedding. I would definitely recommend this vendor!

Heavenly Sweets recently made our wedding cake for our May 2nd wedding. We had learned of Heavenly Sweets at my very first bridal show - my mother, maid of honor, and I tasted their cake as soon as we walked in the door. Though we visited many booths, we never forgot Heavenly Sweets' cake. No other cakes came anywhere close to Heavenly Sweets, so after we went to our tasting, we were absolutely hooked. They did such an beautiful job with our wedding cake and a ton of my guests complimented and reiterated how beautiful & AMAZING the cake was. They did an amazing job - from the aesthetics of the cake to the actual taste of the cake, I think that was one of the things we've received the most compliments on since the wedding!!!! It was absolute perfection! Their staff also went above and beyond by going out of their way over the last year and a half to help answer all of my questions and helping with everything (such as being there when our extra ribbon was delivered to their shop, etc.) along the way. Most importantly, my husband and I agree that it made our wedding ceremony extra special! I seriously cannot thank them enough for everything they did. We couldn't have asked for a greater experience for our cake! If you don't mind spending a little extra for your wedding cake, you will absolutely, positively not regret it! We had so many people say the wedding cake was one of the best they have ever tasted - we are very much looking forward to ordering a cake in a year to celebrate our one-year anniversary!

Out of all the cakes we tasted, Heavenly Sweets was by far the best! Her professionalism was extraordinary - manifested by how she took the care to let us taste different types of cake combined with different icings and fillings, all while making notes of what we did and did not like. She listened to how we wanted the cake to look, and worked with our caterer to add a dash of fresh raspberries on top!! As an added bonus, she believes so much in the quality of her cakes that instead of "freezing the top layer to eat on the first anniversary", she includes a free 6'' round cake of the same type as your wedding cake that you can redeem on your first anniversary! Fantastic all around - I was so happy with Heavenly Sweets.

This is by far the best tasting and looking cake I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place for your wedding and other events needs.

Although their prices were slightly high; the people were very friendly and had the absolute best testing cake ever! It was so awesome that for my husbands graduation I got the same exact kind of cake that we had at our wedding! (butter cream cake with butter cream icing and raspberry filling).

I loved my wedding cake! It was beautiful and one of the best tasting cakes I've ever eaten. I ordered white cake with chocolate ganache filling and my husband got a spice cake for his grooms cake. Both were exceptional and our guests loved them. This is an exceptional baker and I would recommend them to anyone needing a special occasion cake. The only slightly negative comment I have is that the tasting was a little bit confusing. However, the owner apologized that she was having a bad day and we were able to get everything straightened out to choose the perfect cake.

What can I say? The cake was amazing!!! Everyone still tells me how good it was. At the tasting you are able to sample several different cakes and fillings. I'll admit they seem a little pricey to me but the cake is soo good that I can't really complain. The staff delivered the cake on-time and it was exactly the way we ordered it. Yum!

They were marvelous! I had so many people tell me how beautiful the cake was! I had one groomsmen claim that it had to be fake and almost stick his finger in it! I had so many people compliement me on how incredible it tasted. They definitely do have the best cakes in Indianapolis. It was a great price too! The only thing that I thought was expensive was that my 8x8 grooms cake was $100. I forgot to send my ribbon in for the cake (I wanted a black ribbon with rhinestones and they don't provide that as rhinestones are expensive) and they even called me a couple of days before it was due to remind me. And suggested where I go to get it.

Several of our guest said that it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had, and we would have to agree! it was the perfect addition to our meal!

The best place to get wedding cakes! I'm not much of a cake eater myself but this place was by far excellent and the taste and flavor of the cake itself was exquisite. A little pricey than I would like for my cake but not too bad than most places for wedding cakes and actually very affordable and is willing to work on your budget for a wedding cake. Overall I enjoyed the visit to their wedding cake shop and tasting the cakes and fillings they had. Very delicious! Bon apetite~!

Delicious cakes-lots of examples in the store for you to see immediately, sampling of flavors, icings, and fillings is helpful. The wedding cake was a little expensive, but worth it-offer a deal for free cakestand rental with refundable deposit. I had so many compliments from friends and family about how tasty the cake was. My reception planner moved the cake table to the center of the dance floor because of Heavenly Sweets' decorating expertise.

Absolutely fabulous cake with beautiful designs. It is a little expensive, but well worth it.

The cake from Heavenly Sweets was really fabulous. It is the best fondant frosting I have ever tasted. We had fresh fruit as our cake topper and they did find excellent fresh fruit. Their cakes are pricey and they have very specific rules on displaying the cake, but it is worth it. Our guests raved about the cake and asked me who the baker was. I would highly recommend them.

Heavenly Sweets made the very best wedding cake! After several different tastings, their's was the most professional, imaginative and tasty! They provided a wide variety of tastes and options during the tasting. The staff were very helpful in the planning process and willing try whatever I wanted. They had the most moist cake and the best buttercream of anyone in the Indy area! I highly recommend their cake and their service to any bride and groom!

We searched everywhere for a cake made from scratch with great ingredients since I am a total food snob. :) We found the best was at Heavenly Sweets -- no one else compared in taste and quality. We were so happy with the cake....we cannot wait until our 1-year anniversary to eat the top.
