Hoosier Limousine

My daughter was married in Brown County on December 10th and Hoosier Limousine provided the limo service for her wedding. I hired the Phantom Excalibur as a surprise for my daughter and her new husband as she was going for an elegant old fashioned feel for the wedding and reception. Everyone was amazed at the car, wanting to know what kind it was. The car was wonderful and the driver was prompt, courteous and professional. I knew that I had been pleased with how everything went, but in talking to my daughter recently I learned how pleased she had also been. She said that the driver had been wonderful, willing to do whatever they wanted and seeming to only want to make sure that they had a good time.

For the most part, Hoosier Connection was great. There was a bit of a mix-up with some of the limos. They had to bring us an additional limo to fit the wedding party but my mother, MOH's, and I ended up accidentally taking the wrong car to the ceremony. Luckily it was just for my Dad and his wife, but that was a little disconcerting. However, everything else was great. They were on time (early even) and had some very refreshing drinks for us when we arrived in the limo. My husband and I even got a limo the next morning for our airport run at 4:30am. They were on top of things and fairly professional.

Do not call Hoosier Limousines. The man who answered the phone hung up on me stating they had nothing available without even allowing me to say the date of my event.

We didn't book Hoosier Limo until the week of. They were extremely accommodating. We booked for them for four hours to drive us around downtown. Steve our driver was s accommodating and we kept him busy the full four hours. His spirit never broke and his smile never left his face.

Hoosier Limousine was very flexible with our transportation needs. The value for the limo was also very good. The mirror on the ceiling was cracked, but all in all that was a minor detail. One other complaint was the air conditioning was not working, so it became very hot with the six of us inside. If you use the company you don't need to book too far in advance, maybe a month or two. There are many different cars in the fleet, and you really do get what you pay for.... So if you want a really fancy limo, you may need to fork out some extra cash.
