Indy Bridal Boot Camps

I wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding and was looking for a class that would hold my attention and hold me accountable. I came across Indy Bridal boot camps and it was the perfect fit for me. Tod is extremely helpful and motivating. Each class I attend I leave drenched in sweat and knowing that I got a great work out. The weekly weigh ins keep me accountable and show me proof of the inches I am losing.

This is a great way to get in shape for your wedding! The hour flies by and you leave every day feeling great and that you have had a successful workout. Each day is something different so you are not in the same old routine. The people in the class are great and help with motivating each other. We consistently weigh in each week and take measurement that help track your results. This in itself is enough to keep coming back! The packages are really nice as well. You can customize based on your schedule or your intensity.

I decided to try Indy Bootcamps to get fit for my wedding. I am the type of person who wants to workout but is not motivated to go to the gym on my own. Tod's bootcamp class solved this issue completely. Not only is every workout different, but it is the hardest I've ever worked out in my life! When you attend a bootcamp class you know that the hour you are there will be well spent. The people you are surrounded by are very motivational, it's like having a class full of workout buddies. The class is also able to hit a variety of different levels at once, so if you're not an advanced athlete don't worry...Tod will let you take things at your own pace and level, but you'll be able to do all the exercises faster than you think! I was floored by how fast I was able to start doing real push-ups! I plan on attending Tod's bootcamp classes even after the wedding...they are just that good!
