They were fantastic! After my fiancé had bought the engagement ring but not yet proposed we went in there and saw our regular gal who has helped us pick out all my jewelry. He had me, for like the tenth time, look at rings "to make sure he knew what I wanted" she played along when he said it would be awhile before he would buy a ring. When we went back in to get our bands she remembered the whole thing. It was great! And it's nice to feel like a regular at a jewerly store. Lol

I love going here for all our jewelry needs. I got my wedding ring and engagement ring here plus some other jewelry my husband got me when we were dating. Customer service is great and they are willing to do deals with you!

The guys at JBR were so helpful! I can't even count how many jewelers we went to before we picked JBR. I don't have a traditional engagement ring, so my husband and I were having some real difficulties picking out wedding bands. Each jeweler made different suggestions. One, to my horror, suggested they remove the diamonds from my engagement ring and put them in a new ring that would work well with the set my husband liked. Obviously, we did not pick them. The guys at JBR were really able to look at my ring and find wedding bands that would compliment its unique style, and that complimented the rings by husband was looking at. They were patient and listed to me, which is surprisingly rare. I finally picked a ring, and then two days later I changed my mind. We took it back, and they worked with me again to find one that I liked better. That second ring i stuck with, and I still love! JBR is owned by the same company as Kay's jewelers, so when my husband fell in love with a ring at Kay's, JBR was able to order it for him (although it took a long time - good thing we ordered 6 months early!) so that we could put both rings on the JBR account. Both rings are beautiful, I get compliments all the time!

They were very helpful with picking out rings that fit us, and more importantly our budget. We are very pleased with our wedding rings.

This place was amazing. Great everything, selection, price, service, etc. I definitely recommend going to these people. They are very helpful and aren't trying to take your money and sell you something just to get commission!
