Love Ties Weddings

I had a horrible experience with Love Ties Weddings. I had originally hired them to perform my ceremony. They were very quick to cash my deposit and then waited 3 weeks to even email me to let me know that they had me scheduled. Then it was another 2-3 weeks before I emailed and eventually called to ask them if we were going to work on our ceremony. Brian called me back that evening and said he would work on the ceremony. I didnt hear anything for 3 more weeks. I then emailed on a monday with no response back and then so on Friday I left a message. I called back on Saturday and finally got ahold of them. They told me they got my message but just didnt get around to calling me back. I told them that I was cancelling and wanted my deposit back. Brian agreed to return my deposit. Another week went by and the only response that I had gotten was from Leslie trying to tell me that he did send the ceremony but there must have been a computer problem. Stil no deposit. Finally I emailed again and Leslie answered back saying she didnt know Brian had said we would get our deposit back and I informed her that he did. I finally got my deposit back from them about another week later. Please do not stress yourself out with this couple. This was the most stressful thing about my entire wedding!

Leslie was very nice and very flexible. She can be a little slow to respond when she is very busy with other clients, and we had a few mixups with our ceremony, but we got everything worked out and the ceremony was wonderful.
