Piece of Cake

The butter cake with butter cream frosting is amazing. We bought the Rosa Round and had our florist decorate it to match the rest of the reception flowers, and it was beautiful.

I could not have been happier with my wedding cake. Piece of Cake really strove to make my experience with them a happy one. When I originally ordered my cake the wedding was going to be small. Over the next couple of months I made several changes. Each time they were full of helpful suggestions, and never pushed me to go with a more expensive option.When my wedding day rolled around I went to pick up my cake (it was a Sunday, no delivery) and somehow it had been decorated in the wrong pattern. The lady there was very nice, she immediately offered to fix it and appologized for the mistake. It took only an hour, and they went ahead and delivered it since I had to get to the hairdressers. It was a terrible mistake, but they handled it so well it really didn't bother me at all!

My wedding cake was perfect! It tasted awesome and looked beautiful! They were so easy to work with and everyone was so nice!

Piece of Cake was wonderful to work with. They set up tastings on short notice when we were able to make it into town. They have so many options to choose from and even worked with us because we actually wanted a 4-tiered cookie cake as our wedding cake because my husband doesn't like regular cake (we did sheet chocolate chip sheet cakes to serve the rest of our guests.) The cakes turned out great, our only complaint was that we were never able to taste what the cookie cake would be like before the wedding day. When we went to cut the cake it was really hard on the outside edges - too hard to eat even. My husband and I were the only ones to even ever know this because the few people who ate the cookie ate from the center and the rest ate the cake. Besides that everything was perfect and I would definitely use them again.

Great cake, best i've had, but they never got back with me to finalize the colors, etc.

They make wonderful, very tasty cakes! Everyone at my wedding LOVED the cakes!!! They were great!

Piece of Cake is by far the best bakery in Evansville. I had four different flavors in my wedding cake--buttercream, strawberry, red velvet, and cappuccino--and they were all amazing! The strawberry cake is seriously the best cake I've ever had. I met with the bakers several times--a few to try different cake flavor combinations and once to go over design ideas for the cake. They did exactly what I described in exactly the shade of pink I wanted! No problems whatsoever with service. The cake was delivered on time and looked absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend Piece of Cake!

Excellent cake, let us return the fountain a little late with no charges, easy to work with.
