After purchasing a custom engagement ring at Preston's Rocks, and realizing they went out of business, I was very scared about the service I would receive. However, Reis Nichols honored the service and I ended up picking out wedding bands there too.

What a great place. Everytime you walk in the door you feel welcome! We found a design on line that we both just fell in love with immediatly. Mike and the other staff worked with us to get exactly what we wanted! It was perfect!

Reis Nichols went above and beyond with service. From getting my engagement ring polished in only an hour, to letting us in on sales about to happen for our wedding bands; they were all about customer service and meeting or exceeding our expectations.

Ok, so I didn't buy a wedding set besides rings, and I even use my late grandmother's wedding band as my own, and my husband wears a plain titanium band. But because I already knew what I wanted to wear as my band, my husband had to match it. The band is intricat and delicate, and I had worn it on my right hand in college but it was made during the depression and had broken on the back, where it's on the inside of your hand. Not only did Reis Nichols fix the band, but my husband took my sister and they designed the engagement ring to match the band, and then Reis Nichols made it. Then there was some bubble in the gold... I couldn't see it at all... but they said it was there and that after my husband proposed, they would fix it for free. They were just very upstanding and did great work, I love the ring. And they provide a lifetime guarantee, lifetime inspection and cleaning, and a bunch else from a reliable business.

Extremely professional and personal service! High quality jewelry and care for the life of their product. Would not go anywhere else!
