Rogers and Hollands

I've had nothing but wonderful service from Rogers and Hollands. My now husband and I went together to pick out my engagement ring. We got there and told the salesperson our budget and my preferences. In no time, we had a beautiful and unique ring. In the year that I've had my ring I've had to have several services done to it (resizing, replacing a lost diamond, replating) and all of it has been free as it is covered in our lifetime warranty. We bought both of our wedding rings from here as well, and have received the same great service from the store and salespeople.

Rogers and Hollands has been so easy to work with, and both of our rings (well, all three if you count both of mine) are gorgeous! We have had to have the rings resized twice, and they are very quick and professional about any sizing or repair issues. They even have a lifetime guarantee on their diamonds! Excellent jeweler. We used our military discount too!

At Rogers & Hollands, we took in my husbands wedding ring to get resized because no other store would do it b/c we hadn't purchased the ring from them. The ring my husband has was given to me from his sister who she intended to give to her fiance', but he died in a car accident a few months before the wedding, therefore the ring had much sentimental value! We couldn't get it resized at the location she bought it b/c she didn't have the receipt and Rogers & Hollands resized it in one day for a very reasonable price and i was ecstatic.

My husband purchased my 0.5 ct marquise diamond solitaire ring at Rogers and Hollands, Fort Wayne. we have had an excellent experience with this jeweler. He was given a very competitive price and our service has been very satisfactory.

I have nothing but praise for Rogers and Hollands. First of all, their designs are beautiful and unique. But more importantly, the salespeople were always welcoming, helpful and efficient (without being overly pushy). They encourage you to keep your ring looking excellent by cleaning and inspecting it regularly for free! I had my ring inspected in September, at which time everything was fine. In December, one of the diamond chips fell out, but because I had had it serviced they replaced it for free and had me check it out before I took it back to make sure I was happy with the work they had done.
