The problems began before I even knew about them. My fiance ordered my engagement ring from them in September and was told it could be up to 6 weeks before it came in. This was perfect because he wanted to propose around mid October. The ring came in and it was wrong. Rogers and Hollands sent the ring back and told him it was going to be another 4 because they would pay to put a rush on it. 4 weeks later the ring never came. 8 weeks later the ring never came. He did not receive the ring until the first week of December, 3 months after he placed the order. Meanwhile, he is the one calling them for updates. He said everyone in the store knew his name because he called at least once a week because no one would call him with any updates. Once he got the ring and proposed, he told me all of this information. He wrote the headquarters a letter with a detailed timeline and they told him they would refund him $500. I think $500 on a $5,000 ring is ridiculous for all his trouble. Then, he still wanted to buy the upgraded warranty, so he gave half of the $500 back to Rogers and Hollands. I would not recommend this "Family" business to my worst enemy. This should have been the most exciting time for him and he was stressed (which I did notice even not knowing about the proposal).

We went for the lay-a-way plan. They were right on the money with helping us out and finding something that would go with my channel band. My husband found a 3 diamond white and gold ring (which he loves) It was very affordable and we made enough payments to get i=them paid off around 6 months or less. Great service.

I have never had any difficulty getting work done on the items I've purchased. Everything has been handled very professionally and I've always received outstanding service! I've purchased, well my husband purchased, my engagement ring, wedding band, earrings, and several pendants and I've been thrilled with all of them! Great people and inexpensive quality items.

The person who helped us here (Andy) was just incredible. He was very helpful and worked within our budget with his recommendations. They have a great selection and really care that you are happy with your purchase. They also sell conflict free diamonds, which was important to us. They also have good sales, and give you a $50 coupon to use on future purchases! Plus every six months, you bring your rings in for a free inspection and cleaning.

The ring had a flaw (it had a piece of white gold turn gold-gold again)...they did fix it for free, but then it was crooked...so we had to have it sent to be fixed again, which made them have to SEND it for the wedding. I still gave them a high rating though, because they did take care of the problem in time for the wedding, and the ring is still as beautiful as ever today.
